My dad took a walk to our neighborhood Liberty Tax located on the corner of Ashlan and Fresno Street. He actually dropped off my papers for me, of course the tax preparer Michelle that helped him was actually not in the office so he was assisted by Johnny. They had a few questions for me via phone and I was able to come into the office to sign my docs. Johnny was busy with a client so I was able to meet with Michelle. Let me tell you! I’ve been going to Liberty Tax on Ashland for the last 6 years. Great costumer service. I can call, text, or email and someone on the team will get back to me right away. They even remember my name each year. I will continue to do my taxes at this location for years to come.
