A customer of many years. They will use my previous forms on file to generate the new documents, but demand I complete a full application in pen to do my taxes. Like my date of birth and Social Security number will change? I completed all pertinent data and those areas they may change in time. They blamed corporate. Is corporate that overbearing. Lost customer!!
I had a 10am appointment today and got passed over for several times even though I had an appointment. Eventually they told me they were helping those who set appointments over the phone and not online b/c they didn’t check online appointments. They said they could try to squeeze me in. Terrible service and I’ve never had this experience with them before.
