WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Me and my husband filed here at liberty tax with Marty In January 2025. our information was put in wrong on her account. It was sent to my old address and that check was cashed without my acknowledge. A week before all of this I called liberty tax telling them that they had put my address in wrong. Filed my taxes here and my tax agent put in my address wrong and my state taxes was sent to my old address and was cashed without my knowledge. So when I called and told them that they put my address in wrong the lady at the desk said that it wouldn't matter and it should have still been sent to my current address and there was nothing that they could do because it was already sent and it hasn't been more than 30 days.
