I usually don’t say anything but this place gave me and my husband the biggest headache. The girl that was working there was on her phone everytime we came in. She even told us that her manager was working on our taxes and had submitted them and I called corporate and they stated that nothing was submitted. My husband went back up there to asked the lady for the information but she stated that she gave him a packet(which she never did). She also told him that she couldn’t get into the system.
