I am honestly shocked at how I was just spoken to by this company. I had an appt for yesterday. We needed to reschedule so I tried to call 1.5 hours before my scheduled appt. (It was during their open hours.) It went right to their voicemail and said I couldn’t leave a message the voicemail was full. I thought that was odd for a business, but what else could I do to get ahold of them? There was no other way to communicate with them. I made sure I checked in my email confirmation.
