Denise was great. We needed an Oregon 2021 return completed to recover the $14,000 Oregon took from our savings. We moved from Oregon in 2020 and the department of revenue just ASSUMED we still lived there and took our money with no notice. Not even a phone call. Anyway, Denise knew what and how to do it. She really put us at ease and made it look easy. Thank you Denise.
Me and my wife filed our taxes here for the last 3 years. Each year we tell them we have to file injured spouse because I owe back child support. Twice they messed up and didn't send the proper paperwork in for the injured spouse. The first time they fixed it, didn't charge us extra. This year they charged us an additional $100 for having to file the paper work after the fact. All my wife's return was taken and case closed and we get charged extra for their mess up. We will never go to Libert for anything ever again.
Second year going to Denise. She gets me right every time even though I’m always unprepared. I will be back next year.
