These people are rude! Kerry the lady that sits at the back is lazy and the lady that prepared my taxes was rude didn’t even introduce herself! I’ve been filing with them for 7 years and this is the 2nd I’ve ran into rude tax preparers. It’s different people there every year.
I’ve been doing my taxes with these people for 3 years now and they can’t ever seem to get it together. I was told my taxes were done and would be ready to sign she just wanted the lady to go over it and to come back in the morning. I called around 2pm to check before I came in because my daughter came down sick but she told me they have been busy and would call me when it’s ready but never got a call today! The people in this office are very rude without any type of professionalism, especially the manager, they are not interested in offering good customer service, it is truly a shame to have had such a horrible experience as a customer.
