This is by far the worst Liberty Tax you can go to. DO NOT GO HERE. They are so unorganized. Tax returns all over the floor scattered out for everyone to see. Screaming social security numbers across the room peoples name. This place has 100% breached a lot of people personal info. 0 professionals work here. its very disappointing to see all the good reviews for Mr. Ed Goins has, because that is so not the experience got. when I called to make my appointment I was told it would take an hour and would be no more than 200 dollars, it took me 3 hours and was charged almost 500 dollars. in the coarse of the last 6 weeks, I have had so many problems with my taxes and refund yet couldn't ever get the man who charged me 500 to call me back. he sent me 2 emails that's it. couldn't even be bothered calling me back to tell me the IRS fina... read more
