Chose this location to do my taxes because it was rated well but honestly have had the worst experience from start to finish. First of all, it took 3 hours to do what should’ve taken an hour or less as I only have one employer. Felt like ages since I filed and checked the status of my refund only to find out after calling another location because this location was closed every time I tried going in to speak to someone and calling multiple times throughout the day that the IRS declined my tax application and the reason that I... read more
My experience at the Liberty Tax location in West Chester Ohio was truly a blessing. Ms. Dewana Hunt took her time to explain everything to me in order to make sure that I had a totally clear understanding of the entire process. The rest of the staff that was there when I came in for my appointment made me feel very welcome and they made sure that I was very comfortable while I waited for my appointment time to start. This was truly an amazing experience. Thank you!
The entire staff at Liberty Tax West Chester is not only wonderful but incredible! Dewana specifically is who did my taxes again this year. I specifically requested for her to be put on my taxes because she is kind, respectful, relatable, explanatory, and thorough!! These character traits showed last year as well as this year. The dedication that these employees put in is evident and I will continue to come back year after year to Liberty Tax because of how "enjoyable" the experience is!
