I WENT IN ON THE 15TH SPENT LESS THAN A HOUR TO COMPLETE MY TAXES. THE OWNER AND EMPLOYEES ARE ALL VERY NICE. I WAS CHARGED 450.00 TO DO A SIMPLE RETURN SPENT MOST OF MY TIME EXPLAINING MY SITUATION I JUST THOUGHT THAT WAS A LITTLE HIGH TO BE CHARGED HOWEVER MAYBE NOT I HAVE NOT PRICED OUT ANYONE, I HAVE USED LIBERTY FOR MANY YEARS.I STARTED A RETURN ON TURBO TAX AND WOULD HAVE RECEIVED A LOT MORE ON MY RETURN AND ALWAYS HAVE(i just do not completely trust turbo tax). I took my taxes for the first time this year. The lady that did my taxes was very slow but friendly. She gave me a pretty reasonable quote on my return and though I felt like the fees were a little high, I signed. She said that they would call. Almost a month passed and I finally called. The refund check had been there. When I got there, the check was smaller than quoted. Another lady loomed at it and said that one of my dependents wasn't entered and to come in next week to see a manager. So, after talking with the manager, ... read more
I will NEVER return here. The OWNER got into my fiances face and told him that he needed to listen to his employee, WHILE HE WAS WITH HIS OWN CUSTOMERS. Kazam, the owner, was the most unprofessional and rude men we have ever met and I am utterly shocked that he is still is business.
They offer speedy service and find all my available deductions. Highly recommended!
