I called up rather irritated over something that happened. Shelby deserves some high praise for keeping her cool and being patient with me all the way through that phone call. She was very pleasant and seemed genuinely interested and concerned about the issues I was complaining about. She was not just agreeing with me to placate me, which truly deserves something extra.
