gone down hill in the last 3 months. my mother has been living there for almost 2 yrs and the new manager is unsatisfactory. the pool has been closed for non mantienence and no mantienence person available. needs a new manager or the last one brought back.

Personally liberty square apt. Is ok to me but it have it issue.the unit i stay in the ac keep going off.i call the emergency maintenance line no one have return not any of my phone calls and i know for a fat i called at least 15 times and here it go 6:16 i have being calling over an hour and 10 minutes and noone have the coursey to call me back... Its 91 degrees in this damn apartment and these maintenance men of liberty square apartment want call back

The manger Brittney is a compulsive liar. She said as long as I wasn't evicted or had bankruptcies I was ok. Well.... Brittney decided to call an apt on my background check and asked if I owed anything and I had a small balance which wasn't on my credit because I was paying on it so they denied me lol!!! My personal opinion is this; you can't be too picky about who you decide to rent to when your in one of the not so good areas in town. I went into the office,wanted to feel out an app.told the assistant manager (Brittany Flenory) that I had an old bill on my credit she told me it would effect my app as long as it was not an eviction or I still owed on the bill.i told her it was paid so she told me it was ok as long as it was paid ..then I get a call saying I was not APROVE for the apartment bc the bill was on my credit.. Please do not move in the Kensley apartments. They suck they have a fake security guard fake rental cop won't to be. He get people car towed it nowhere to park you have to park way in front of other people building and walk to your place. So if you won't to move any where please don't make this a choice they can't keep a manager. People move in here stay at least a month them there gone. No one ever stay here long know i see why they suck. They lie to get you in and when your they're out nothing like they say. It bad

This complex is amazing for the price. pool, washer/dryer hook ups and big apartments in a nice area. At this price my expectations were low, but I am impressed.

Nice place to live at a great price. It's beach living at mainland price. Friendly staff, maintenence free, safe, quiet apartments. Who could ask for more

I DECIDED TO MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX BECAUSE OF THE BEUTIFUL LANDSCAPING THE FENCED IN ENVIRONMENT IT EVEN HAS SECURITY SYSTEMS IN EACH APT. GOTTA LOVE TO FEEL SAFE I KNOW I DO. THERE ARE ALSO SOME FAULTS I NOTICED THE STAFF IS NOT ALWAYS SO FRIENDLY AND THE SO CALLED GYM IS NOT WHAT ITS SUPPOSE TO BE IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN.
