Find other places – I lived there for one year and the manager is just terrible. She has her own "policy" which is totally different from the lease to confuse you and you pay more than you expected. Rent at your own risk – The walls are thin and you can hear a lot of what goes on in other apartments and the hallways. The people below me smoke and the smell constantly billows up into my apartment through a vent, giving it the most awful smell (until I invested in a $50 air purifier). Walk into the Office at the risk of your own health, it smells like Marlboro Country in there. The dog policy is incredibly frustrating. You are only supposed to own small dogs (under 20 lbs), yet TWO big black labs live in the complex. Desp... read more
