I give this company a 2 star, reason being is payment. The service is ok, but to pay any extra deductibles from a bill they send you in the mail is ridiculous. I got a outstanding bill of $2. No big deal, I get it. The problem is that the bill they send has no phone number to call to make a payment, no online service to pay to, and only a form to fill out and mail in to pay with credit cards or by check.
