Went to get signed up for services for my grand son. No one was at the desk so we went to the other door and I fell because it was not properly marked. Jason did not help me at all and didn't tell his boss there was a medical emergency in the lobby. Very unprofessional on his part. Didn't ask if I needed an ambulance or anything. The manager didn't show up in the lobby for another 10 minutes. None caring at all.

There is only one person who answers the phone at this business place and she is very hush-hush and talks in private to the counselor doesn't stand out there for the God and everybody I have been going here for quite a while and I think that the counselors there that I know are very proficient in their jobs and some people just need to grow up and want to get better before they get better some choose to stay sick

My friend attended counseling here with one Heather L. Wilson. Not only did this "counselor" essentially blame my friend for having anxiety and depression, she refused to talk with my friend (her patient) privately, away from her (my friend's) parents, which are the root cause of trauma that my friend has experienced. I want to give 0 stars, because of how low the standards seem to be for employing "counselors" here. Apparently, if you're a teenager, you won't be taken seriously by Heather and "just need to be a better kid" ... read more
