Very poor Services. There are always issues with the doorbell camera; it never works. If I can't see the front of my house with the doorbell camera while I'm away, how can this be secure? We regret picking this company without doing more research. They have terrible communication skills, and their motto is "charge." Whenever we ask them to fix the problem, they always want to charge us. Additionally, customer service representatives and technicians make empty promises and offer no assistance at all.
