MANAGERS LINDA & JENNY UNLAWFULLY DENIED ME ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT WITH VALID U.S Drivers License Identity Document after verifying my identity 3 times . They even called my phone number on account while in front of me to verify it’s me. Literally watching me talk to them on the phone on speaker through the teller window . Horrible service, this branch is the worst . They made so much mistakes with my account and manager is no were to be found
this company is HORRIBLE to say the least!!! since they changed their checking and savings to share and draft it has come with alot of headache. you call the main number and you have to wait for a call back an hour or so away! i will have my funds majority go to my other bank and just have enough to cover my credit card and signature loan
