Fatal la atención en ese banco de profesionales no tienen nada que personal tan malo
So this was my first time going to this branch in union city compared to the main branch on Newark Avenue in Journal square first this one has parking!!! Also you can enter through the front or the back on the side street. They also have a ATM on the side street near that entrance. However when it comes to loans I will always go to The branch on Newark Avenue because Remy Francisco is my FAVORITE.

Terrible customer service! They never pick up the phone and almost never help when they mess up!! I’ve had to deal with them for a problem they caused and I have to take time out of my day to visit in person because they never pick up the phone!!
The worst bank ever. They made me lose a month on a personal loan that ended up not being the amount I requested. I tried to withdraw money from my savings, but they couldn't offer me the correct card to use at the ATM. They gave me one without a chip. The customer service is the worst, both in person and over the phone. In short, this bank is useless.
