After looking through the installed window, enjoying the quality of what I received for the price point and realizing that, other than the challenges of working with Mark, I’m delighted with the new window, I’m editing this review. Edit 03FEB26: I got a VM from Don up in Denver, he explained that their shop in COS IS still functional, but it's sales only, no manufacturing there, they do the manufacturing up in Denver with trucks running daily. I'm waiting on a contact from the COS office, and they're now aware of their phone system issues, which they are looking into. I got a great, well made Amsco picture window from Liberty. Delighted with the quality and the reasonable price. Mark, the salesperson, is extremely knowledgeable. Rose, Ryan and Sam took great pride in making certain all was well done when I picked it up. Spoke directly with the owner, Ted, who was thoughtful, aware and client oriented. Great conversation.
