I got a great, well made Amsco picture window from Liberty. Delighted with the quality and the reasonable price. Mark, the salesperson, is extremely knowledgeable. Rose, Ryan and Sam took great pride in making certain all was well done when I picked it up. Spoke directly with the owner, Ted, who was thoughtful, aware and client oriented. Great conversation. Trying to replace our entry door. Ordered a ThermaTru door through Liberty with Andrew. First door arrived and had all the wrong color metal parts. We had scheduled the installer and arranged our day to be at home. The door was returned due to the wrong hardware, the pickup drivers backed into branches of our tree and broke 2 of them. A few weeks pass and we’re told our door is ready with the correct hardware with the exception of the correct side lights that were on order and would be installed at our home after the door wa... read more

When we built our house we had Liberty Doors supply our doors. We are comleteing our basement and I went to order the exact same doors and I was very clear that I wanted the exact same doors. I sent them the original invoice and photos of our doors thinking that everything was taking care of and trusting them to do their job. I went and paid in full for the order and was told most doors were a week or two out with the exception of the louvered door which I said I would come back and pick up and to deliver the rest.
