I can’t say enough about this company, we re brand new to RV ownership and they were friendly and knowledgeable. The staff took the time to “show us around” our RV. No pressure, no rush and no hassle! We had questions and they happily had answers. Danny Shaw was a kind, honest and helpful salesman, we even got points in the store from our purchase! Just all around outstanding customer service! Give them a try you won’t regret it!
From start to finish Liberty RV was fantastic. Danny Shaw was an excellent salesman, answered all of our questions and moved us through the process of purchasing our travel trailer quickly and efficiently. We recently purchased a travel trailer we were looking to buy for over a year. Our salesperson, Danny, was great. He was very accommodating, and took the time to patiently answer all of our questions and concerns. The pricing was fair, in that we were able to negotiate on the final price. The paperwork was handled effortlessly, and the delivery walkthrough was very thorough. Overall a great buying experience. The entire staff was very professional with a welcoming and friendly feel. Highly recommended.
We had a problem with our RV while we were visiting the Gettysburg area, and Liberty RV fixed it quickly and had us back on the road in less than two hours! They were wonderful, friendly people, very helpful, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend.
Charles was awesome,greeting us in the parking lot. Took all the info and kept us updated on the progress of our service. A day later we had it back. Daniel, the service tech explained all that was done. Excellent service! Definitely recommend this dealer for service.
