Best apartments I have lived in! The units themselves are very nice and well maintained with good amenities, very quiet and never heard my neighbors or any major intrusive noises that can be a problem at some apts. Any maintenance issues were handled quickly, and the maintenance team was very helpful and friendly, even let me borrow tools to mount my TV when moving in. Can't say enough good things about Alexis and Kelly in the leasing office, they were both very kind and helpful in the move in process and went the extra mile... read more
Kind, courteous and respectful. let us tour a good few apartments. And helps us figure out what would best fit for us. Also down payment is depending on credit score rather a set rate that matches the rent.
