Stay away from them and DO NOT TRUST DEREK!!!! They owe me $6,000 for a deposit and I've talked with people repeatedly and now have to get a lawyer to get my money back. Derek was relentless pressuring my wife and I to sign a contract and get my deposit money, contract not honored and no Derek anywhere to help now. I'm so angry with myself I fell for these garbage used car salesman sales tactics. I don't know if I'm allowed to post to Derek's full name but I will try if it lets me.
Rob was awesome to work with. Really appreciated how responsive he was. Stayed in touch throughout the entire process and would get back to you immediately. Highly recommend working with Rob and Liberty Restoration for your roofing needs.
They took my deposit, never showed up to do the work, and have been ghosting me for months now. DO NOT work with Liberty Restoration!! They work to try and get the deposit and then leave you after that.
Liberty Restoration was amazing! We asked to not do our roof until the springtime and they delivered as promised. The roofers were professional and customer service is second to none. Angela is amazing to work with along with Josh. I will definitely recommend!!! Thanks for the great job!!!!
I had an excellent experience with Liberty Restoration. They handled everything seamlessly from start to finish. The installation of the roof was efficient and very professional. Set-up and cleanup was executed perfectly. The appearance of the roof is very aesthetically pleasing. Josh and Tom were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend using this company.
