I get a call from Wayne to let me know he is on the way this afternoon after being told no time frame to expect him. Before I can apologize to him that I have another company that was available to come out earlier he tells me I should have called to let him know and then hangs up on me. I called him back and shared my discuss and say it was my intent to call him, he just called me before I could and he would have known if he had not hung up. I was a 10 years customer with them until their last visit. Which was about six months ago. They installed new compressor in my ice machine. And it stopped working after three days. They came out again and admitted that they have installed the unit incorrectly, causing compressor to heat up quickly then normal. He promised me to come out on following Monday to resolve the issue. I havent seen him since. I have tried to contact him ( at least twice a week). He has not gotten back with nor even answer my calls for six months n... read more
