They just want your email and application fees. I couldn't be more disappointed with the lack of transparency and communication received from this group. They took our application fees and signed us up for automatic email notification of apartments available. No help in locating housing and proper documentation needed. Never followed up with us about anything after we specifically requested a call back. Brokers are rude and have no consideration for the safety of your personal data.
Only giving two stars because of the first realtor we worked with. Jennifer was the absolute best! We loved her and she was super knowledgable about Hoboken and the surrounding area. Highly recommend Jennifer! However when we moved out of our apartment and were asked to use another realtor from this group, it couldn't have been worse. Michele was completely unprofessional.
