From the houses that I have seen the this company will so-called company rents out. They will rent to anyone and also allow you to live as dirty as you please and be as loud and obnoxious as you please all while disturbing other people, being disrespectful, not having any kind of manners, have trash all over the property that flows all into the street and all over the yard. Called him multiple times regarding property lines and fence at house that he is selling. The fence is 4ft on my property. Being the homeowner didnt disclose this fact to him he says its eminent domain and i need to get a lawyer. Was very rude and unwilling to try to resolve the issue
