We placed an offer on one of the houses which Annie Bui, who belongs to this real estate agency was dealing with. Both parties signed the contract. The contract which they used to escalate our price was invalid. So we asked to lower the price based on the terms and conditions of the contract and we were happy to negotiate to come to the middle.
