We recently sold our home and had an extremely disappointing experience with the buyer’s agent, Son Nguyen of Liberty Real Estate, during the final walkthrough. We, as the sellers, were paying the commission for both agents—amounting to thousands of dollars. The most basic expectation in return is professionalism and respect.
