Horrible They charged me for 2 applications not 1 then after taking the money, tell me the place wont be ready to be viewed due to a mold issue. When I asked for the money back or at least some off the deposit they said would let me know and never did. The Person Jordan Capitano was very rude, lies, i feel they stole my $150 and wont be moving here. When I went on the tour and asked about the mold or why the apartment was not ready to be viewed... Renting a house thru lpm. Trying to get my fridge, range and ac fixed is starting to become a serious headache! My calls and texts are been ignored. Not sure what to do and where i can get help!
Living in a house managed by these guys is the worst experience I have ever had. When I first moved in, our AC broke. It took them TWO AND A HALF MONTHS TO FIX THIS! Even after it was "fixed" there were complications with it still. A few months later the heat and AC broke again. That was in late October/early November. It is now the middle of January and they still have done nothing to fix it. Obviously this could be my fault too for the lack of contacting them.
