I took kids there for the first time and was very surprised. It's pretty nice, it was Saturday but wasn't crazy busy. So much fun for kids I recommend 👌
It's a pretty nice park but I can't understand why they can build for 15 million dollar Civic Center here and can't afford to pay and fixed their water hydrants so you can have a drink in the park other than that it's okay I don't plan on drinking any water because they don't want to fix them been like that for the last several years
Pool is fun, let's your bring in toys, two diving boards, a big slide, kids slide, fountains, concessions. Lifeguards are on too much of a power trip, blowing their whistles every 30 seconds (over really small stuff) gets pretty annoying...
This is by far the WORST experience we have had at a pool. My 1 year old nephew got hit in the head not once but multiple times and when we told the manager(who we know the name of if wanted) he was extremely rude and did not take the ball away from the kids. He was rude and argued saying that there is nothing he could do because they focus on safety of children drowning not safety of one specific kid. Sedalia Pool Visit My daughter, Kenzie, and I visited the pool in Sedalia, Missouri, recently. Unfortunately, our visit was cut short due to a situation that made us uncomfortable. There were young boys at the pool wearing girl outfits and cross-dressing. I find this type of public display disturbing and inappropriate, especially for young children.
