Recommendedthe liberty point Apts staff are amazing. Allie is so nice and helpful. Nancy is very down to earth. they're both awesome. the maintenance crew, Ryan, Horse, Jarvis and Alex are always helpful when I'm on the property.. all around wonderful people and beautiful property.
Current staff is friendly, accommodating, and understanding to constructive criticism. New structure seems to making the company work faster and better than previously seen. Continued operating standard will yield extreme success in the future.
1) we need more maintenance men! we need a maintenance supervisor who is a qualified & not just promoted from within. 2) we need front managers' who know how to run a community & there staff.
I do NOT recommend living in this apartment complex unless you want to pay for a overpriced, lazy maintenance crew, swimming pool that doesn’t open up till Mid July, bird crap all over the staircases, wetlands for a dog park and the list goes on. If you do decide to live here PLEASE take pictures and LOTS of notes on the apartment in the first seven days of moving in.
great place and very nice staff as well
It is a great place to live. I have yet to find a staff that works so hard! I have been for years now. I have made some of the greatest friends (aka family). That a person ever could have the pleasure of meeting! If you need some close to base and safe. This is the place for you!!!
Amazing place to live, the staff is attentive and politely persistent, the grounds and common areas are clean, and the apartments themselves are very nice!
