This property is not fit for a dog to live in. They have water issues and mold issue. Corporate dont care neither does the leasing manager. They will rent you an apartment with known issuse and swear they dont know anything about nothing. What you have read about the hvac unit is true, water issuse it's true mold issues is true, nasty attitude is true. From Corporate all the way to maintenance all a bunch of lairs. Don’t rent form this place at all the lady was sealing money I had a credit on my account she didn’t tell me until the next year and tried to say that I owed when i didn’t a lot of weird things was happening there and she is very unprofessional I was paying and had a credit on my account
Worst living conditions!! Despite numerous attempts to try and get our A/C fixed they still have yet to complete the task! It has been literal years and numerous summers spent in an inhospitable unit!!
I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone in the office for almost a year now and no one answers the phone you can’t even schedule a tour because they don’t answer
