Rotation of management and in office managers. Horrible attitudes towards tenants. Communication is at a constant 0. Seen so many people come and go due to big pest issues. lack of accountability no upgrades in home with rent constantly being raised. The outside looks very nice but inside…negative.

I really used to love it here….I had no issues at all when Rosie was in the leasing office. RESPECTFUL, Polite, so nice and actually helpful!! I have no idea why Thalhimer sent Cherie Burns however since then my time has hasn't been as great. She is EXTREMELY RUDE, and not truthful. She will interrupt you, tell half truths to try to defend herself, she doesn't even talk to you like a human, just a number. Son and daughter live here. Only issues are people with giant dogs, poop, noise, fleas. Parking isn't that great also. No assigned parking.

Horrible way to start my birthday. Woke up to head out and celebrate and couldnt find my vehicle. My car was tow for being parked where ive always parked, there was our neighbors cop car behind me, and two more vehicles parked behind him. NO TOWING SIGN. My husband is a cop who gets home @ 3:30am, the office is very well aware of how crowded it gets, at that time with no parking where is he supposed to park?
