Larry & Kim are awesome! The place fit our needs exceptionally well. They are very responsive to any maintenance matters and very reasonable and accommodating when challenges arise. Even small requests are considered and promptly addressed. Apartments are an ideal location, well maintained and comfortable. Completely recommend! Hard to leave!
I was so happy to have found this house when I did! Coming from out of town and unable to do a walkthrough, I was thankful Kim was willing to video chat and show me around. When moving day didnt go as planned, she met me late to give me my key. I very rarely had maintenance requests but when I did, they were quickly resolved. I loved the large openness of the house.
