There is currently no property management or maintenance service available. Regional and District representatives are only present during the rent collection week (the first of each month), typically on Mondays or Wednesdays. Numerous units are experiencing issues such as foundational cracks, lack of air conditioning, and mold. Additionally, some tenants do not occupy their units. I have only lived here for about a year and honestly do not have any complaints so far except about the mailboxes that have not been fixed so I have to get my mail every week directly from the post office. It is concerning though because some people do not have cars or even unable to make their way to the post office either due to physical capability or age so that definitely is an issue that needs to be addressed ASAP. I have been requesting maintenance to fix something since March and it still hasn’t been fixed. It’s starting to be a safety issue for my two year old. We don’t have an office manager to get ahold of anybody to do it. Haven’t had one since May. They don’t return phone calls either. I also need to speak to someone regarding my rent and still can’t get ahold of anybody. I understand their is no manager, but we need someone to at least return calls.
