I had Liberty Pest Control as a service for 4.5 years while I lived in Fort Worth and they were amazing and I never had issues with bugs or pests. They even helped me get rid of a current rat problem when I initially moved in and never had any after a couple months. ALWAYS get great and friendly service from the office staff to the techs AND the price is great.
I was told everything is covered under warranty for up to 3 months after the treatment. 4 days after, I see bees/hives making a nest. Called them, talked to Karen and they refused to cover this. She demanded trip charge if someone has to come and spray it. She was extremely rude and claimed she is the owner of the business.
The technician was on time, friendly, professional and answered all my questions. I'm hoping this treatment will take care of my problem. I think it will.
