We have been here 3+ years . The office staff are amazing to the point of almost calling them friends. Maintenance staff are professional and efficient, they get right on any issues and are very good at what they do . The fitness center has just enough for a decent work out and the pool and deck area are kept clean and safe . We like the idea of any packages get delivered to the office and are passed out accordingly. We have had no issues of any kind and plan on staying. Would be a nice place..Can't understand why tenants with dogs are allowed to let there dogs use the bathroom right in the front entrance of the building. When you walk out or go on the patio the smell gets overwhelming. Why can't they go in the back. The grass is also dying from so much dog urine. Other than that it would be nice.
My personal experience with Liberty Park Apartments has been excellent. My family stayed here while I was attending military training, and it turned out to be a great place to live. The property was quiet, well maintained, and the pool was a nice amenity to enjoy. The grounds were clean and never felt run down or trashy. Poor management
Extremely responsive staff! I experienced some minor issues with the odor of my new apartment (previous owners were long time dog owners) and I requested the place to be re-cleaned. In less than 24 hours, I had a cleaning lady at my doorstep ready to re-clean whatever I requested. She did a phenomenal job of re-cleaning and looking for any additional areas where the smell could still be coming from. My apartment now smells much better!!
