Left work three hours early to make an appointment, only to be told that the technician that does that particular x-ray does not work on Fridays. Major thumbs down!

The staff is consistently friendly, helpful and patient even when it has been extremely busy. Both of my parents were treated with care, respect and dignity during each appointment. As a Signal Hill resident, the location is very convenient. I would recommend this facility to anyone
I have been trying for 2 days to schedule an appointment for my mother and get the run around. The people who answer my call can’t do it because the system is being upgraded or it’s not their dept. I left a voicemail on Tuesday with the right dept, no call back. I left a message yesterday with the employee who told me the system was being up graded. He promised I would get a call back by now. I’ve been on hold with the dept for 30 minutes and counting. Why is it so hard to make an appt?

my technician ( I think her name was Julie) was professional skilled and comforting all at once. My first MRI and it was a blast!
I’ve never had an MRI before and was a bit anxious going in, but when I was greeted with a friendly smile, I immediately calmed down. Thank you for making my first MRI experience a good one.
Friendly staff, got me in and out in a reasonable period of time. They even made a CD of the scan results for me right there on the spot.
