Dr. Arun and his whole team was great and friendly. They are very fixable with appointments and always understandings if u cant come because of the weather. My son got good treatment its has been a year and half . His assistant all were caring and took care of my son. No waiting time. Office is clean , paking sometimes a problem but they is underground parking available.
I've had braces about 10 years ago, was initially told to wait till im older but i still wanted them. The process was fairly quick in comparison to others. About 1 year total. My issue is when I called them about my permanent nightly retainers which are plastic, a i noticed a hairline crack, i was told i must complete a brand new evaluation because my teeth might change. It was a rude and dismissive attempt to get me off the phone, regardless of how busy they may be. I wish I had options to buy or replace or fix the retainer... read more
