If you do end up choosing to live here, may God have mercy on your soul. I could not agree more with the negative things that have been shared about liberty on eighth. Besides living with a roommate that I picked, I had not one good experience here. I often interacted with the management and two of the young men that worked there were great, but their leasing manager Jess is absolutely horrible. She seems so unhappy and made me feel like a burden asking any clarifying questions about my contract. Her answers to my questions ... read more

To all looking for a place to live while they are in Provo: LIBERTY ON EIGHTH IS NOT THE PLACE YOU WANT TO LIVE!!! Living here is way too overpriced for what you're getting. $500 to live in a crappy apartment with SIX other roommates. My husband let liberty on eighth know he was getting married this March back in JANNUARY! They made him keep his contract and said he had to pay for three extra months even though we would be married and living in our own place that was $900 a month. That is $1,400 a month to pay for a place h... read more

I am a parent who signed my son up for his housing while on his mission. We have found that the management is not very cooperative with the tenants and they seem to be very self interested.

This apartment complex seems great in the beginning but that opinion changes very quickly. We had cleaning checks, were told it looked fantastic but still failed because a packet was missing someones name. This resulted in a $60 fee. One week after we pay the fee (keeping in mind that rent is really expensive) there are leaks in all of the apartments of the building starting at about 7 PM. We contacted them but they failed to come until very late the next day. Unfortunately, many items have been damaged as a result of this i... read more

Don't. Rent. Here. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE SIGNING. I guarantee you and your friends can finds somewhere better for cheaper. Plus they force you to sign a year round contract. If you object, they like to encourage you by saying it will be easy to sell the spring/summer part of the contract because these apartments are so popular, but that is a bull-faced lie. About 3/4 of the guys in my ward wanted to move out in the summer for internships or job opportunities outside of Provo/Utah. 1 or 2 guys got lucky enough to sell their... read more

Wonderful place to live! Located right next to campus so it was easy for me to get to classes. The staff here are so friendly and awesome. They reply so quickly to my emails and answered all my questions happily. Everything was wonderful. I personally had no complaints. If I ever come back to BYU, I'd love to live here again.
