This dental group constantly changes staff, and my family hasn't established a report with the dentist or staff at this office! One of the parameters is their scheduling is stringent, and if you are running behind, they will reschedule your apt, even if nobody is in front of you or the office is empty, and the staff can assist. Being a fireman, sometimes we can't help the 911 emergency calls that happen. RecommendedSunday evening I broke a molar. The office was able to get me in yesterday (Monday) for a same day crown. Dr. Sebastian did a fantastic job explaining my options and completing my dental work.
The ladies in the office were incredibly kind. They put me at ease before my wisdom tooth extraction. Patrick, my oral surgeon, had me in and out in under an hour. I highly recommend this clinic!! 10/10
I wish I could rate this place a 10! They have gone the extra mile and beyond for myself and my family! I moved my whole family to this practice and have had some bumps in the road come up with no insurance and then getting insurance and still having them help with every time we’ve had any concerns come up. Hands down the Liberty Oaks Dental Group, they are very professional, kind and totally would recommend them. I was there recently for my first visit and ended up stay a bit longer than expected, as ended up needing a more in depth exam. When I was done they not only took the time to handwrite a thank you card for choosing them as my provider, but went out of their way so each one of their staff signed and also they gave me a Starbucks gift card.
