Watched a video of one of their centers Bermuda Commons, absolute mistreatment of the resident, so sickening. Looks like this has been an issue for a while. Do something about it.
this place is always short staff, patient depends stays on them soak and wet which can cause UTI in patients, need more help to give patients good care. No one returns your call when you have a complaint , each complaint is passed and you never know the exact status of your love one. Get help to assist the patients with their a care , these problems are getting no results, now the facility is washing the patients clothes in a laundry bag and also drying in that bag, what are they trying to give everyone an infection from thi... read more
Great care and excellent facility in all regards. I would highly recommend. Have had a family member there for three years and can’t say how pleased I am with everyone there.
