The worst insurance Experience I have ever had. They do not return phone calls and emails in a timely matter. I am six weeks and not been reimbursed from the claim. I've had to fight them on every step of the claim as well. Nothing goes smoothly with this company. I would never let them represent me and hold my insurance.
You have a bad rep in leaving people hanging and not getting things done when there supposed to when I call no one picks up AND I DO MEAN NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE you guys don’t make reservations on time for rental vehicles you guys have bad customer service
Estoy muy enojado , porque decidí cancelar con la aseguransa liberty mutual, y tienen muy mala coordinación y según ellos , la aseguransa del carro tú la tienes y pagas al final del mes al contrario de lo que tengo entendido de todas las aseguransa debes pagar primero para poder usar la aseguransa . Yo pague mi aseguransa el 17 de abril entendería yo que estoy asegurado hasta 17 de mayo y no es así para ellos el 17 de abril me cubre antes el 17 de may quiere decir que uso la aseguransa sin cobrarme , es algo que no entiendo ... read more
We are in the process of being offered a settlement for construction repair for storm damage to our home that is so unrealistically, unfairly low (after decades of paying premiums and never filing a claim) that it is causing us more heartache than the storm damage itself. They just do not seem to care at all. Horrible experience.
