had a very disappointing experience with this claims specialist Jamie Knight Unfortunately, their handling of my claim was grossly irresponsible and unprofessional. Deadlines were missed, communication was inconsistent, and important details were overlooked multiple times, which caused unnecessary stress and delays. I would caution others to be extremely vigilant and double-check everything if working with them, as their approach lacks accountability and reliability.
I don’t know what happened to Comparion. I’ve been with them for as long as I can remember and was always satisfied. However, they put me on “auto-pilot.” No communication, even when our rates skyrocketed twice! Using a broker I’d hope for better communication vs calling the carrier’s 1-800 number. When I notified Anthony that I was leaving Comparion, I received *no guidance* from my Broker to cancel my current policies. Extremely disappointed.
