had a very disappointing experience with this claims specialist Jamie Knight Unfortunately, their handling of my claim was grossly irresponsible and unprofessional. Deadlines were missed, communication was inconsistent, and important details were overlooked multiple times, which caused unnecessary stress and delays. I would caution others to be extremely vigilant and double-check everything if working with them, as their approach lacks accountability and reliability.

I don’t know what happened to Comparion. I’ve been with them for as long as I can remember and was always satisfied. However, they put me on “auto-pilot.” No communication, even when our rates skyrocketed twice! Using a broker I’d hope for better communication vs calling the carrier’s 1-800 number. When I notified Anthony that I was leaving Comparion, I received *no guidance* from my Broker to cancel my current policies. Extremely disappointed.

I worked with Jill prior to moving to this agency with my Liberty mutual auto and home. Two issues with dmv when insurance cards are not sent. Issue with a mistake that reflected on my husbands license when her assistant sent the wrong thing in. Here I am trying to call and it’s an automated service that sends me to Liberty. What’s the point of having an agent?

I initially had a positive experience working with Donna Medina to set up two life insurance policies. However, when it came to the second policy and additional information was needed, communication became an issue. Despite providing all the necessary documentation promptly, Donna has been unresponsive and difficult to reach.
