I have been a Liberty Mutual Customer for more than 30 years. My dad was for 70 years before he past. I had a personal Agent when I started who would advise me about policies and how much insurance I needed, etc. I haven't had that kind of person for a few years and when I just called the Presidential line for Liberty Mutual the woman said that Liberty Mutual is not a Service organization anymore.
