I began my coverage with just my vehicle and excluded my teenage daughter as she would not be driving my vehicle. Months later I added my teenage daughter's vehicle. The price jumped through the roof, so I asked the agent if I just put it under my name, would my daughter still be covered if she were to only drive the vehicle a couple times a month, as she was not working. Their renters policy is a total scam. I was written the policy thru Geico. In Dec of 2023, I moved out of the home I was renting from family. The FIRST time I called them was Jan 2024 to cancel. But they kept renewing it and charging in to my card. The SECOND time, they apologized and said they canceled it and were going to reimburse me for the extra money I paid. The THIRD time, which was today, they now say they need me to prove that I don't live there anymore. I LITERALLY changed my credit card number to make this stop.Â
