DO NOT use Liberty Mutual. I moved to another state and they said they would cancel since it is only for each state. I had 2 weeks left on my policy and the charged me 50.00 cancel fee. They canceled the account and did not state there would any fee. DO NOT Trust anyone at Liberty Mutual
Warning Liberty Mutual Spams you!!! I used to have Liberty Mutual Insurance when I lived in Alabama, and they were actually pretty good. I never had a claim, so I don't know how they are on that, but their customer service was good. Today I got an unsolicited marketing text message from Liberty Mutual. This is UNEXCUSABLE!!
