Pretty sad that my insurance company didn’t do anything to protect me as a client. I understand it’s pretty hard to do your job when Colorado only has police officers out to accident scenes when an injury is involved. However, a face to face in that accident spot would have cleared up so many things, especially when the driver said it was there fault. But there was no Police Officer to take that statement.
