Couldn't be happier with my experience working with Chanel Rhodes at Comparion. She has helps us with all our insurance needs (life, home and auto) and is a true professional. A few months ago we added device coverage to our policy which came in very handy as my husbands cell phone recently stopped working. Claim was easy to process and we were able to replace the phone at no out of pocket cost!
They don't know how to answer there phone
Cheri jean never returned my phone calls. Paid my auto ins. In full. Bought truck following month. Received ins. Card from dealer. Never received increase bill contnued calling cheri jean for my bill. Finally received suspension notice from dmv liberty mutual never electronically sent ins. Info to dmv. So I have ins card that is not valid that was given to me and liberty mutual was paid in full. Cant drive truck until dept. Of Financial services forces liberty mutual to fix their error.
