I was really impressed with responsive, informative and friendly services of Comparion Insurance! These days so much business is done online. However, in the circumstance that an in office visit is necessary, its wonderful to be treated kindly with best service!
All the bad reviews, unfortunately, seem to be things outside of the agents' control. This company partners with Liberty Mutual but they also are able to shop other places. I was with Geico for 10 years and had huge rate hikes this year. Janie searched several companies and saved me $1000 for the year. She was so kind. Agents can only offer the rates they can find and the customer service here is on point!!
Why have a nice office if no one is going to be there.
