My agent was Jimmy Gove. He failed to follow thru on any of the things he was suppose to. For example I switches to National General. I got an email saying that I hadn’t signed the paperwork. I sent a note to the agent. He said it’s all signed on our end. National general ended up, canceling me because he didn’t upload it into the system. He also told me that he would cancel my other policy he didn’t do that either. They continued to withdraw the payments out of my account and has taken me forever to get this fixed.
