Took a month to get an inspector a roof damage and a full year to repair the damage!?!?!?!?
Made me wait on the phone for 8 minutes. Woman on the phone was extremely unhelpful and condescending. I gave up time on my lunch break to get a quote, well guess what, I don't want one now. Will take my business elsewhere.
