In probable black out due to serious Fire Danger, I parked my car ouside my garage. I called Roadside service because dash showed flat tire. I am a senior and wanted to be sure I could leave my home safely, if necessary. Service Rep Richard was great, he checked all my tires and found all were seriously low. I will request him in the future.
Too expensive for the same exact insurance everyone else offers.... These insurance companies are over regulated by the State, (California), that there's really no difference in any of them. The laws and regulations in California is the biggest reason why insurance is so expensive here.
Customer service from this company sucks, Every time you try to call somebody to speak it routs to somebody who never answers your call, eg michael remirez . this person will never return your call because this is regarding paying you
