Ive been with liberty mutual for over a year now and every time I have any questions or concerns Lori is my straight go to! Not only is she the most genuine nice caring person she does every thing she can to get you the best quote and make sure you are taken care of! Jeff is a really nice guy and a true professional. As a fellow broker in a different area of insurance I find him to represent the property and casualty area very well.
Andrew has been an absolute NIGHTMARE to work with. My entire immediate family has left Liberty Mutual because of him and we're working on more. I would not trust this guy with one dollar. NOT ONE. He's a top salesman for Liberty Mutual because he'll charge you as much as he can until you complain. And then he'll offer you a cheaper policy, and then not activate it. I'm still trying to figure out a way to give a 0 star review.
